শ্রীরামকৃষ্ণ পরমহংসদেব (১৮৩৬-১৮৮৬) হলেন ভারতীয় ধর্ম ও দর্শনের এক উজ্জ্বল নক্ষত্র। তাঁর জীবন ও শিক্ষা মানবজাতিকে আধ্যাত্মিকতা, সহিষ্ণুতা ও মানবসেবার মহান বার্তা দিয়েছে। তিনি শুধু ধর্মীয় গুরুই ছিলেন না, তিনি ছিলেন মানবতার মূর্ত প্রতীক। তাঁর দর্শন আজও সমাজকে আলোকিত করে চলেছে। শ্রীরামকৃষ্ণের মূল বার্তা ছিল—“যত মত, তত পথ”। তিনি বিশ্বাস করতেন যে সব ধর্মই সত্যের দিকে নিয়ে যায়, শুধু পথ ভিন্ন। তিনি ঈশ্বরের একত্বে বিশ্বাস করতেন এবং মানুষের মধ্যে ঐক্য ও ভ্রাতৃত্ববোধ প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য কাজ করেছেন।

১. আধ্যাত্মিকতা ও ঈশ্বরপ্রেম: তিনি বলতেন, ঈশ্বরের সান্নিধ্য লাভের জন্য ধ্যান, ভক্তি ও নিষ্ঠা প্রয়োজন। তিনি নিজে মা কালীর উপাসক ছিলেন। শ্রীরামকৃষ্ণের মতে সব পথই ঈশ্বরের দিকে নিয়ে যায়।

২. সহিষ্ণুতা ও সমন্বয়: শ্রীরামকৃষ্ণের মতে সব ধর্মই একই সত্যের প্রকাশ। তিনি সমাজে ধর্মীয় বিভেদ দূর করতে চেয়েছিলেন।

৩. মানবসেবা: শ্রীরামকৃষ্ণের মতে সকল জীবই ঈশ্বরের অংশ, তাই মানুষের সেবাই হলো ঈশ্বরের সেবা। তিনি দরিদ্র, অসহায় ও দুঃখী মানুষের সেবাকে ঈশ্বরের উপাসনার সমতুল্য মনে করতেন।

এই মহান দর্শনকে বাস্তবায়িত করার জন্য “সিলিকো সেবা মন্দির” সংগঠন কাজ করে চলেছে। আমাদের এই এনজিওটি শ্রীরামকৃষ্ণের আদর্শে অনুপ্রাণিত হয়ে সমাজসেবা ও মানবকল্যাণের কাজে নিয়োজিত রয়েছে।

৪. দরিদ্রদের সহায়তা: খাদ্য, বস্ত্র ও বাসস্থানের ব্যবস্থা করে সংগঠনটি মানবতার সেবায় নিয়োজিত রয়েছে।
